What I’ve heard in regards to the housing and stock market is “wait until the end of September or October to see what’s going on.” I think in general though the US dollar has gotten stronger and some things are now cheaper (excluding the inflation problem). So things that have gotten cheaper are: other currencies, gold etc. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies seem to be a shadow of the stock market. Sometimes the shadows appear/swing bigger. That’s not really a fact, just an observation based on the last year or so.
With that in mind, here are some articles worth looking over. I personally am going to continue to very slowly buy crypto with what I call “money I wouldn’t notice if it went missing” (plus about 50% since things are down). I think depending on how this fall looks, there’s still some room to go down, but hopefully it won’t drop more than 25%.
What I’m trying to do is “pace myself” with the next year or two in mind (ie not making quick/rash decisions).
